15 July,2012: One Year Journey Accomplished...!

I remember last year 15 July,2011, the day we "Interns" entered into new role with Aon Hewit. Since then this one year come to an end today, definately for some new markable begining. :-)
It just feels like...some days back I started up with my carrier...Really time flies with blink of eyes!!!

I close my eyes,,and flash back starts...15 July,2011...It was one fine day...got up early in morning
even before Alarm Clock !!!... Excitement  crossed the boundaries. :D . I was ready in one go  as
spot hire (Meru Cab) supposed to pick us for "Interns Day" celebrations, venue: Aon Hewitt Gurgaon .
The zeal, enthusiasm was never the less. Fun and Frolic, Gestures and Emotions filled my day!

The Journey began with some more responsiblities for youself and your work.It was time taking up more captiveness for thought process to uplift the performance, to meet expectations. Every day I built and shattered, faced hurdles and overcame.. All that took for what I am now..one year older @my work place.
A self satisfaction achieved over period of time, that is commendable for me atleast :-)

This one year journey: 'Sweet and Salty' is always memorable and close to heart.
And this World is round..so the point where we feel 'end'... A 'new begining' is hiding there with
many more opportunities to go :-)

Time For Change....

This Sunday,I was simply looking out my cupboard just in case I get some stuff to read out. Finally I coud find last year edition 'India Today' was lying there and I took no time to grab that in my hands happily. :-)
All old "current Topics" I was going through again :D (What to do ... had no other option :P)

I was wombling through the Pages and then "languages No Barrier" my eyes stuck over it.It Said:
'Anti Hindi Wave' since 1967 made TN lost out on learning Hindi. This is something not pleasant. "Regionalism" persists since now and then in Indian Politics that root backs to our culture. And this makes easier for ruined Poltics "Divide and Rule".I agree Regionalism make us to come together as Force. But keeping your state above all is somewhat not right in my perception. This is not only regarding TN..its just an example but. its exits for whole of our nation.

I too have some personal experiences where I felt this regional biasing. No matter where ever we are,
our mind is always flooded with same weired thoughts.I can remember a small incident... It was hot afternoon and I was in company of my Punabi buddies over lunch. We were enjoying our meal and having some random conversation. But gradually the whole conversation directed to greatness of 'Punjab and Punabis'. In no case... I am not rigid for Punjab. Its just the one incident I shared. We being Literate..still cant get over it!!!

Every state and its people have their own Dignity. We should respect All.India comprises of 29 multi-lingual states and their diversified culture.. Isn't it amazing ?
So Is this make sense... we are competing against we. So why not we feel Pride in for All.. ? We are fighting for our states??Why we forget ... All States belong to one Nation "India".

Lets try to see ourself just as 'citizens of India' and bring some change for good....
